Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Trident Tactical Solutions

At Trident Tactical Solutions, all services are custom-built, tailored, and delivered with precision according to each client’s unique business objectives. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we operate under the following refund terms:

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project has been delivered in full or a service has been fulfilled as agreed, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to: branding packages, automation systems, website builds, app integration, and digital infrastructure deployments.

2. Deposits & Upfront Payments

All deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable. These secure your project slot and cover time, planning, and resource allocation. If a project is cancelled by the client before commencement, any refundable portion (if applicable) is subject to our discretion and will exclude time already invested.

3. Project Delays or Termination

If a project is delayed or terminated due to lack of client communication, missed approvals, or failure to provide required content/assets, Trident Tactical Solutions reserves the right to retain all paid funds. Projects paused for over 30 days without agreed extension may be considered closed and non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Trident Tactical Solutions. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment or project commencement.

5. Digital Products

Any digital downloads, templates, or files sold as part of a Trident Tactical Solutions package are non-refundable due to the instant nature of delivery.
