6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the tailored nature of our service, all sales are final once work begins. Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Wix, automation software, CRM systems) as part of your solution. You are responsible for maintaining subscriptions or licenses to those services unless stated otherwise.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We operate with elite precision, but we are not liable for:

  • Any loss of income, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services

  • Downtime caused by third-party platforms

  • Client misuse or failure to maintain services once handed over
